Focusing the lens

For our senior project, my team partnered with Memorial Assistance Ministries, a nonprofit whose resale store needed to re-introduce itself to the community and drive measurable foot traffic. The audience spans multiple generations and channels, so the relaunch had to feel unified rather than scattered across six disconnected tactics.
This was a group effort, and my role was brand strategist. I defined the positioning, voice, and messaging framework that every teammate worked from, then helped map that strategy onto a multi-channel plan across social, web, photo, video, email, and print. Targeted campaigns segmented offers by audience, and each channel reinforced the next so a print piece, an email, and a social post all pointed the same direction.
