SWE Homes is an investment company, not a boutique real estate agency. The portfolio is full of everyday, affordable properties that don't sell themselves on looks. The job was to make honest, unglamorous listings feel worth a second look on social, with fresh photos, scroll-stopping video, and copy that could actually be found, shipped fast enough to keep up with a constantly moving portfolio.
I handled the content end to end: photographing properties on site and finding the angles, light, and neighborhood context that made each one look its best, shooting and editing social videos in CapCut and Adobe, and designing graphics in Canva. Every post went out with SEO in mind, from keyword-driven captions and descriptions to tagged locations and searchable titles, so the content worked long after it was published.

Brantley Interview
I built an inventory tracking website for the marketing team at SWE Homes, with different ways to find, view, and organize items. It made day-to-day inventory management easier to handle.
I implemented a barcode system so teammates can scan an item's code with their phone and go directly to its inventory record.
Items can be organized by brand, including Homes, Lending, and Preserve, as well as by type and name. Grid and list views give the team different ways to browse.
Teammates can take a photo of the actual item and use it as its inventory image, making items easier to recognize.
